Every order ships express from our Seoul hub — no slow economy tiers, no surprises at checkout.
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment yours leaves Seoul.
Express courier to the U.S. — typically 3–7 business days door to door, fully tracked the whole way.
Taxes are calculated at checkout. Under current U.S. de minimis rules, most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened, unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and devices that have been used can't be returned.
If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number — we'll replace it or refund you, no return shipping needed.
Email us through the contact page with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
